Use this water-based paint marker on almost any surface, material and use. POSCA Paint Marker delivers rich-pigmented, nontoxic paint that can be used on almost any surface. Unique, water-based formulation delivers bright, matte, opaque color that withstands the passage of time. It is weather-resistant and odorless. Quick-drying color can be layered and mixed with other colors to enhance your creations. To ensure a consistent texture from beginning to end, a little ball is placed inside the marker to mix the ingredients of the POSCA paint. Valve mechanism guarantees a perfect seal for the market and conserves paint over time. This mechanism is used to prime the POSCA for use and resaturate the tip as often as necessary.
