These terms apply when you use the Mayfair Enterprises website or book a repair with us. By using the site or our services, you agree to them. Effective date: October 8, 2026.
Mayfair Enterprises repairs home appliances and residential AC and HVAC systems in Dallas, TX and nearby cities. We repair the brands listed on our site. We do not repair commercial equipment, small appliances or premium brands such as Sub-Zero, Viking, Thermador, Wolf or Miele.
You can book by phone, text, WhatsApp, email or our online form. A booking is confirmed when we agree on a visit time. Please make sure an adult can give us safe access to the appliance and its power, water or gas supply.
Before any repair, we explain what failed and what the fix involves. We only start work after you approve it. If we find a different problem once work begins, we stop and explain before going further.
Some repairs need parts we have to order. When that happens, we tell you the plan and come back once the part arrives. Delivery times depend on the supplier.
We go over the price and the ways you can pay before we start any work.
If you need to cancel or move a visit, call or message us as early as you can.
If something isn't right after a repair, contact us right away.
Our guides and checklists are general information, not a diagnosis of your appliance. Safe checks are described with care, but you try them at your own risk. Always turn off power, and gas where relevant, before touching an appliance. If you smell gas, leave the house and call 911 and your gas company.
Mayfair Enterprises is an independent repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by any appliance manufacturer. Brand names and logos on this site belong to their owners and are used only to show which brands we repair.
To the extent the law allows, Mayfair Enterprises is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as spoiled food or lost time, arising from an appliance failure. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Texas consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Call or WhatsApp us between 8 AM and 8 PM, any day of the week. For a flooding washer, a dead freezer or an AC that quit in July, call any time.
